わたしは日系韓国人として生まれ日本に帰化しました。
子供の頃に受けた国籍による差別から何度も生死の境を彷徨いましたが、多くの人々に助けられ生き延びることができました。
その経験から、人と人が国を超えて助け合う世界を夢見て、人々が互いに助け合うQ&Aサイトを世界に先駆け立ち上げ運営してきました。
多くの質問や悩みがよせれらる中で、二つの祖国の境界にいる痛みは、国と市民、企業とお客様、企業とその従業員、夫婦、親子などなど、多くの関係に見られることに気づき、そして境界を繋ぎより良い関係に昇華できるのは、助け合いに参加している人々の感謝の気持ちであることに確信をえました。

日本発、世界初のQ&Aサービス、オウケイウェイヴを創業し、米マイクロソフト、楽天、サイバーエージェントからも出資を受けて、ゼロから800億円の企業価値を築いた経験は、単なる成功体験ではありません。そこには、挑戦する人々への敬意、社会への感謝、そして知識の循環による価値創造がありました。

I was born as a Korean resident in Japan and naturalized as a Japanese citizen.
During my childhood, I suffered discrimination because of my nationality and came close to death many times, but I was able to survive thanks to the help of many people.
Based on those experiences, I dream of a world where people help each other across borders, and I founded and run the world’s first Q&A site where people can help each other.
As we received many questions and concerns, we realized that the pain of standing at the border between two homelands is common to a variety of relationships, including between a country and its citizens, a company and its customers, a company and its employees, spouses, parents and children, etc. We are convinced that the gratitude that people feel when helping each other is what transcends borders and leads to building better relationships.

Kaneto founded OKWAVE, the world’s first Japanese Q&A service, and built a company from scratch with investments from Microsoft, Rakuten, and CyberAgent, reaching a peak corporate value of ¥80 billion. His experience is more than just a success story. It was built on respect for people who take on challenges, gratitude to society, and value creation through the circulation of knowledge.
Therefore, we established HEART SHAKER general incorporated association to spread the “feeling of gratitude” more abundantly. HEART SHAKER believes that by being grateful for people, things, and events, people can become richer and get closer to happiness. We hope to change the world for the better by enlightening people that the thankful person and the thanked person can enrich each other’s perspectives.
HEART SHAKER proposes an economic model centered on gratitude, aiming to build the infrastructure of the future that connects people, businesses, and society through trust. We support your challenges with ideas and practice.

・HEART SHAKERのスレッドで投稿して、アドバイスをもらう。
・より深く議論したい場合は個別にアドバイスを求める。
・この参加者以外に少なくとも一名以上のその業界の専門家のアドバイスを求める事。
・予算承認は代表理事、理事どちらかの承認をとる必要がある。
