A: The THANKU app will distribute 39 exclusive THANKU points (TKU POINTs) to users a week.

By giving this to other users, you will also receive THANKU point (TKU POINT).

The THANKU points (TKU POINT) obtained by giving to others and the THANKU points (TKU POINT) received are counted separately and reflected in the TKU SCORE and coupon usage coefficient.


Q: How can I use TKU POINT?

A: We are preparing a market where users can redeem coupons and gifts from our partner companies. TKU POINT can be used in the platform.


Q: Will my TKU points be deducted if I redeem my TKU points for coupons?

A: Yes, it will be deducted.

The total number of acquisitions will continue to be recorded.


Q: How can I introduce this app to others?

A: There is an icon that combines the Person and + icon on the upper right corner of the Main spage. Click this icon to invite others.

You can also execute it by clicking the Profile icon on the right side of the bottom menu bar to go to the 「User Home」 → 「Settings」 → 「About this app」→ 「Introduce HEART SHAKER to friends」.


Q: After I sent TKU card or points to a user who does not have the HEART SHAKER app, how should I inform the receiver on how to redeem it?

A: First, the receiver must download the HEART SHAKER app from the iPhone App Store or Google Play on Android, and please inform the receiver of the “TKU NUMBER” and tell them to enter the number after registration.

Also, if the receivers already have the app but do not have a smartphone at that time, they can later click on the Profile icon on the right of the bottom menu bar and go to「User Home」-> 「Settings」-> 「Claim TKU point」 and enter 「TKU NUMBER」. If you have any memos with you, you can also input the 「TKU NUMBER」 and hand it over.


Q: How can I check my notification?

A: Press the bell icon on the upper right to display a list of notifications or messages from the system.


Q: Are there any password character restrictions and symbols that must be included?

A: 1 Password must be at least 8 characters and must contain lowercase letters, uppercase letters, and a number.


Q: Can I log in with any account of another service?

A: Currently, Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Apple accounts are linked, and users can log in to the app using these accounts with their credentials.


Q: How can I see the mnemonic phrase (secret phrase)?

A: Click the Profile icon on the right side of the menu bar at the bottom of the Main page to move to the 「User Home」and select 「Settings」. When you choose 「Account」, you will see a field called 「Secret Phrase」. There are 12 words displayed here, please write the phrase down in order on somewhere safe. You can also copy it with the memo button on the right and paste it onto another application.


Q: How can I reply to a TKU post?

A: You can send TKU and reply linking with the post by clicking the icon with the heart shaker mark and + icon at the upper right side of the TKU post.

To send a new TKU post, click the square and + icon at the bottom of the Main page.


Q: How can I get TKU points?

A: If you send a TKU post to another person, the system will give 1 TKU as a reward to the sender.


Q: I would like to participate as a company, what should I do?

A: After downloading and registering the app, tap the Profile icon ” on the right side of the bottom menu bar and go「User Home」 → 「Settings」 → [Convert to Business Profile] menu to convert to a business account.  Users will be notified of the status within 1-3 days. Please note that once converted to a business profile, it cannot be changed again.


Q: How can I get a TKU certificate?

A: TKU certification is a certification given by Heart Shaker to individual users listed in the top ranking based on the TKU score calculated when the user sends and receives TKU points. Business profile users can apply for the certification by paying the application fee and applying for accreditation to the HEART SHAKER management.

Based on the TKU score calculated by the TKU index, the eligible user will be certified as gold, silver, and bronze, from level 1 to 3 stars.

The flow for applying for TKU Certification is different for individual users and business account users.

• TKU certification for a personal account

If you are an individual user, you do not have to pay the application fee to obtain the TKU certification.

  1. For the individual user, the user needs to maintain a consistent top-ranking position for at least 1 month.
  2. System will recognize these top-ranking users and send an email or SMS to the selected candidates that contain TKU Certification Code and Certification information.
  3. Users who received the email/SMS can open the app and click on the TKU Certification Document Menu under the Settings page.

• TKU certification for a business account 

Any business account user can apply for TKU Certification by sending the application to Heart Shaker. By acquiring the Certification, it acts as branding and proof to show that the product or service is appreciated and trusted by the users. For a company to obtain TKU Certification, the Company must pay a fee for the application process and a package fee for the use of the Certification Mark.


Q: Can I donate to the activities of HEART SHAKER?

A: If you would like to donate and support TKU’s activities, tap the [TKU Donation] menu on the [Settings] page.


Q: Is it possible to search for nearby users on the Create Post page?

A: There is a radar icon next to the search icon on the Post page. You can search for nearby users by clicking this icon.


Q: Can I send TKU to strangers?

A: There is an icon that combines Person and + on the upper right corner of the Main Page. Click this icon.

You can also execute it by clicking the Profile icon on the right side of the bottom menu bar on the Main page to go to 「User Home」→ 「Settings」 → 「About this app」 → 「Introduce HEART SHAKER to friends」.

For Android, the following measures can be considered.

Solution 1: If the required capacity of the app exceeds the free space of the device, you may not be able to install the app from the Google Play store. Try uninstalling unnecessary apps on your device, back up your photos and videos and music data to the cloud, and then try to install it again.

Solution 2: If there is a problem with the device, you may not be able to install the app. You may want to try deleting the cached data, rebooting, etc.

Solution 3: If the amount of data communication is exceeded and communication restrictions are applied, the application may not be installed or may not proceed. Let’s check your data usage fee. You may switch to Wi-Fi communication and try to reinstall.

Q: I don’t know how to apply for TKU CERTIFICATION.

Q: I forgot my password.

A: If you have forgotten your password, click the「 Forgot Password 」menu at the bottom of the login page to reset your password.


Q: I reinstalled the app, but the history of my TKU cards and points is not reflected.

A: The HEART SHAKER app is a system that semi-permanently records the TKU sent and received on the TKU network using blockchain technology. This is because we believe that the TKU index/TKU Score will benefit users in the future. For this reason, when users delete and reinstall the app, users need to take over not only the ID and password but also the TKU record that was previously recorded on the TKU network. All that is needed to revive the account is the mnemonic phrase 「secret phrase」.

Click the Profile icon on the right side of the bottom menu bar to move to the 「User Home」and select 「Settings」. When you click 「Account」, you will see a field called 「Secret Phrase」. Q: I posted a post, but it doesn’t appear on the Home.

A: The HEART SHAKER app keeps a history of TKU on the TKU network using blockchain technology.

Since it is recorded on a wide range of nodes (junction or connection points) of the TKU network, there may be a time lag between posting and displaying. Please wait for a while to check or repost.


Q: When I was posting a TKU post, a message came in and the message disappeared.

A: When the HEART SHAKER app authenticates that the previous TKU post was recorded on the TKU network using blockchain technology, the current posting flow may be interrupted and refreshed. Please make sure the page has been refreshed.


Q: Why does the app ask me to re-register so many times?

A: The HEART SHAKER app continues to work hard to ensure the transaction of sending and receiving TKU will become an important record in the future. From the viewpoint of security, to keep the record of the TKU transaction of each user, we have a flow to review the registration regularly.

In the future, we plan to develop a function that allows you to select options of YES/NO of this re-registration flow and the time range.

A: Your friend may not have registered with his/her real name.

Please check your friend’s registration ID, or scan the QR code on your friend’s 「User Home」 and send a TKU post.

A: The HEART SHAKER app keeps a history of TKU transactions on the TKU network using blockchain technology.

A: At the moment, users can select English, Japanese, or Chinese (simplified) in the language setting of the app, but there are no restricted areas for using the service. Let’s expand the network to send thanks to all over the world.


Q: What is the difference between THANKU posts (TKU CONTENTS), THANKU cards (TKU CARD), and THANKU points (TKU POINT)?

A: These refer to elements that are necessary to send thanks to the actions, products and services of people, organizations, and companies.

THANKU post (TKU CONTENTS) is a function to show what kind of actions you are impressed with and want to send thanks to the actions of people, organizations and companies, and products and services.

Q: What is 2FA (Two-factor authentication)?

A: It is a system to ensure the security of users.

By entering the verification code sent to your email, you can verify your identity and prevent spoofing.


Q: What is a passcode? Why do we need it?

A: Please think of it as entering a password (passcode) when a user uses an iPhone. This is a system to prevent third parties from accessing the HEART SHAKER app. You will be given the options to choose whether to use or not use the passcode when you first enter your passcode.

You can also select whether to use the passcode when accessing the app by clicking the Profile icon on the right side of the bottom menu bar to go to 「User Home」 -> 「Settings」-> 「Security Settings」


Q: What is a mnemonic phrase?

A: The mnemonic phrase means 「aiding memory (mnemonic)」 and 「phrase」, and it refers to 「secret phrase」to restore the user’s account. The phrase was given when the application is downloaded to the user’s smartphone.

The HEART SHAKER app is a system that semi-permanently records the gratitude sent and received on the TKU network using blockchain technology. Q: Why do I need a mnemonic phrase (secret phrase) even though I have an ID, password, and passcode?

A: The TKU network individually recognizes the user’s smartphone and recognizes it as a key. For example, if you log in to the HEART SHAKER app from another smartphone when you change device, even if you log in with the same ID and PW, you will not be able to revive the record of TKU sent and received. When changing devices, please record the mnemonic phrase (secret phrase) so that the record of gratitude exchanged on the previous smartphone can be carried over to the new smartphone, and enter the phrase when downloading the HEART SHAKER app on the new smartphone to ensure that the record of gratitude will be transferred.


Q: In a normal app, the history of posts up to now will be transferred. Is it necessary to use a mnemonic phrase (secret phrase)?

A: Ordinary apps keep the transaction history on the service provider’s system server. The TKU record in the HEART SHAKER app is distributed and recorded across the TKU network using blockchain technology. For your new smartphone or newly downloaded app to inherit your history, it needs to be authenticated on the TKU network. This is because the user’s history can be revived more safely by using the mnemonic phrase (secret phrase) instead of using the existing application ID and PW.


Q: What are the benefits of having a business profile?

A: Business profile users can apply for TKU certification.

TKU certification is deliberated and certified by users and experts with high TKU scores by category. By presenting the TKU certificate on the social network, it can be an indicator to show that the company is more accepted by the users.


Q: Who is a TKU activator?

A: TKU activators participate in the THANKU community, gather registrants, expand and promote the activities of the THANU community to the participating companies. Users can subscribe as a TKU activator and pay a monthly subscription fee to help achieve the THANKUK goals. By subscribing to it, additional TKU points will be issued to your wallet based on the plan of your choice, allowing you to send more points to more users.

Both individual and business users can enroll in the TKU Activator Plan without any distinction.


Q: How can I know to whom and how many TKU I’ve sent?

A: Currently, it is not aggregated individually, but you can check it by clicking the Profile icon on the right side of the bottom menu bar to go to 「User Home」 -> 「Settings」-> 「Post History」.


Q: How can I check how many TKU I sent by dates?

A: Currently, it is not aggregated individually, but you can check it by clicking the Profile icon on the right side of the bottom menu bar to go to 「User Home」 -> 「Settings」-> 「Post History」. 


Q: Is there an expiration date for the distributable TKU points?

A: All users will receive 39 TKU that can be sent to other users within a week. This 39 TKU is for distribution only, and the TKU that was not used will disappear. The expiration date for TKU distribution for the users participating in the TKU Activator depends on the subscribed plan.


Q: Is there a way to tell if a stranger has received the TKU sent?

A: Currently, there is no method to check if the person whom we sent TKU has received it or not.


Q: Can I send TKU to the contacts in the address book on my smartphone?

A: Currently, the function is under development. Please stay tuned.
